JASON FENWICK is a partner at Windsor, Wyeth & Ward, LLC and the Director of their Global Business Advisory Group. Windsor, Wyeth & Ward is a full-service business advisory firm, which assists clients with start-ups, strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, joint-ventures and mergers. Jason’s background and extensive experiences (as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Operational Analysts, Risks Analyst, Market Analyst, Sales Analyst, Marketing Consultant and lawyer) allows him to quickly grasp the collateral impact of our client’s issues. Jason has worked on projects, acquisitions and joint-ventures in multiple industries. Jason has also worked for a venture capitalist firm, performing due diligence analysis and company valuations for technology-based companies that the firm acquired an interests in. Jason has advised entrpreneurs about start-ups for over 20 years and teaches business law courses on the Start-Up Process at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. Jason also invests in start-ups, franchises and distressed businesses in his own right.
